Air Canada’s Flight to Naples Takes Off
Naples gets its first direct service to Canada.

New Seasonal Flight
The first Air Canada flight to Naples departed Montreal (YUL) at 7:46PM yesterday and arrived in Italy the morning after at 9:40AM. Flight AC882 will be operated four times a week by Air Canada’s 787-8. The seasonal route will operating throughout summer up until October.
This makes Montreal (YUL) the Italian city’s 6th North American destination served directly. Adding into Delta’s Atlanta (ATL) and New York (JFK) services, American Airlines’s Philadelphia (PHL) and Chicago (ORD) flights and United’s Newark (EWR) flights. All flights between Naples (NAP) and North America are seasonal, with none actually being year-round due to the high seasonality of the route.

Naples is thus Air Canada’s third destination in Italy, complementing Milan, Rome and Venice which are both served from Toronto and Montreal.
